Feedback on Python (x,y) 2.7.2.2b4

The beta installer seems to install fine using the system account and
seems to default to "All Users" hopefully as intended. No errors so
far. I have more testing to do with least privledged machines and
will post more feedback as time permits. Thanks for the update!
Should make future headaches go away.

Side note, I still would like to know if there are any command line
options on the installer. Your installation notes found here--->

does not clearly state any switches.

Example:
/S for silent
/Silent
/Full
/Custom
/Minimal
/Allusers
/justMe
/Path
/Plugins

From the code I could detect one command line option (beside the NSIS default ones) - /ALLUSERS=0/1. I did not test this though - it should just "work".

 It is intended. Currently the official Python build cannot be installed without administrative rights on Vista and up. This is something I intend to tackle for the next version.
