For pymorph, you can cite this book:

http://books.google.pt/books/about/Hands_On_Morphological_Image_Processing.html?id=-
ch3fZTh08EC&redir_esc=y

even if it refers to an old version (before I took over maintaining it).

For mahotas, I have not yet gotten around to writing a publication about it. I
recently decided to, but I will only get to it after I have submitted a few
other things in the pipe (including another paper about software:
https://github.com/luispedro/jug-paper)

I will probably write it as an open paper and announce it here when I do.

In the meanwhile, I would just appreciate if you mention my name and the
package name.

Best,
Luis

Hi Luis,

I have no access to this book. Does it describe the software all? I would prefer to provide a reference that clearly points to you and your software. Is it OK if I cite your web page or the github location of the software?

It has code examples using an old version of pymorph.

Yes, of course.

Thank you
