[Off Topic] Change Management Project

Hi,

My company (Renaissance Services of Europe) is looking for someone
(individual or company) to develop a system for managing change
requests, essentially a form of project management. I expect the ideal
solution will likely be a web based system. Please see this RFP for

Out of curiosity, what did/do you/ye use for the diagrams? or are they
done by some in-house graphics guy?

Oh and I'll do it for ONE MILLION DOLLARS, mwahahahaa, dr.evil etc..

I always laugh at the fact that mentioning what you're doing is wrong or
frowned upon is somehow an excuse to do it anyways. But it could be
on-topic if done in python as you said.
