If we can have slides/a Beamer i could talk about GIS without being focused on python but more on general tools and data, I.e. Dublinked, osm, TIGER, postgis, qgis, pgrouting, and openlayers. The talk wouldn't necessarily feature all the things but would try to get you started without being focused on a specific programming language.

Thanks! But we only needed one talk as it seems that we may have too many
user groups in the 10 minute talks before a special event later in the
event.
Oooh, now that you volunteered, how about giving a talk at Python Ireland's
December meetup (Wed 12th Dec)? :-D

Great stuff! We can put you down for a quick talk for Wed December 12th?
Can I get a title and a short abstract off you?
Jakub, you good to give a talk that evening as well?
If yes, can I also get a title and a short abstract from you.
Anyone else up for a talk? Again, we welcome lightning talks.

It's good idea to wrap up the year and highlight plans (talks, workshops)
for next year.
Apart from 15min talk about Multi-Mechanize I will
prepare 5-10 min photo and video overview of 2012: Europython, PyConUK, and
PyConIE.
Some sort of quick slideshow + 2x short 2-3min videos.
