fedora packaging and license file

Hello,

I am trying to package tornado for inclusion in the Fedora Project's
repositories[1].

However, one of the Fedora Licensing Guidelines states that the full
text of the LICENSE must be present in the source package.[2] It would
be great if you could include it in a future version of tornado.
