Hash algorithm in sign result

Hi,

I'm using python-gnupg to create signed email messages. Signing works great, but sending a correctly formatted email with signed data requires the "micalg" header to contain the hash algorithm used to sign the message. python-gnupg reads the hash algorithm value from the response created by GPG, but doesn't store it on the Sign object. Below is a link to a small patch that retains this information on the signature result. Any chance to have it included in your library?

Yes, I can add this. To make sure it doesn't get overlooked, I'd
advise logging an issue against the project.
