Hi, i want to use this module, but dont know how to get the license
and how to use. sorry, I just learn python last week, but i realy need
to use the module. If someone can help me, I will be very gratefull.

License details are usually found in the source tree for free and open
source software packages.  Alternatively most Python Packages can be
found in the Python Package Index.  There you can also see the license
used.

In the case of xlwt for example the page is
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/xlwt and according to this page the BSD
licence has been used.
