Google App Engine Launcher不能运行app-engine-patch

to python-cn`CPyUG`华蟒用户组(中文Py用户组)
最近用了Google App Engine Launcher，挺方便的，但不知这么回事，app-engine-patch的项目不能在其中运行，
试改了几个参数也不行。

有人知道吗，就是在本机，添加app-engine-patch的目录后，Google App Engine Launcher显示为红色，无法启动

用manage.py runserver来启动
