svn shutdown and 1.5

Hi all,

First, happy new year.

Second, the guys at webfaction providing svn/trac hosting have
temporarily disabled free project repositories, because of spam on
trackers. So pyogg svn will be offline until things settle.

Third, I still plan to release pyvorbis-1.5. I just need to know if
the 1.5a pre-release[1] fixed the double free/close crash.
