building om mingw

hello friends,

and thanks a lot for pyodbc.

it works great with turbogears/sqlalchemy, but fails to load on the
same application under modwsgi.

it has been suggested to build it under mingw, but it fails for me
with undeclared symbols errors.

i'm currently trying:
python setup.py build -c mingw32 install.

should i follow some other procedure?
