As long as i'm not the only person, i agree to do some stuff on this purpose.
The initial work won't be that much.
- Create the gh organisation & teams,
- Install the github-collective cron somewhere (where !?).
- Write something in the documentation how to use the collective
- Make another mail to make the thing official
- Recruit & add volunteer staffers...
