Adding unauthenticated_user() output to the pyramid_exclog email output

Hey,

I've added the option of sending the output from unauthenticated_user() when the extra_info key is set to true. Pull request is https://github.com/Pylons/pyramid_exclog/pull/11 and unit tests are included.
