Some updates

Hi there,

To begin with, after a period of silence the Fink team has responded to
our submission of Pygr info files and requested a few changes, which
I've introduced in my 'fink_review' branch:

Secondly, I have somehow managed to introduce a really stupid bug into
the new version of the download megatest which, while trivial (a
string-int mismatch), prevents that megatest from running. A fix can be
found here ('megatests_httpdPort' branch):

Last but not least, I have observed some peculiar interactions between
worldbase and individual metabases - which I shall describe in a
separate e-mail.
