Update on Pygr Doctest

Hi guys,

 

This are update from doctest. While it has not been yet converted to .rst formate as they all not executing on my machine  (windows vista platform) and version of python is 2.5

I have put a file call error.txt which consist of the error in output correponding to the program. If you can review it, that will be great.
