Add Finnish provider "Voikko" on Win32.

Hi,
Enchant claims to have build in support for the Finnish spell checker
"Voikko" since 1.4.2.
However the prebuilt PyEnchant Windows installer does not include it.
What would be the easiest way to add support for it?
Are there any prebuilt DLL's I just can add to the installation or
must I (re)compile from source?

No idea sorry, I've never tried it out. I'm not aware of any pre-built
binaries that could be used.

When I get a chance I'll see if I can work it into the pyenchant build
process.
