Resolutions:

- David will spend ~$100 on extension cords and related from monoprice.com

- David will meet with caterer ASAP to figure out food

- Pete has been authorized to go ahead with:

- ~$300 worth of audio equipment for both rooms

- $189 projector + screen combination for all three rooms

Action items:

- All: We need more volunteers

- Kay, Mike: will be putting up pycon.ca/volunteer, Mike will write copy

- Kay will put up posters around U of T

- Mike will ne sourcing "sponsor", "speaker", etc, ribbons for the bottoms of lanyards

- Diana will be working on welcome message for program

- Nic, Sheila will be working on editing featured speaker bios, talk descriptions and abstracts

FYI:

- We need to have the program finished by next Wednesday

- Mike will know by next Wednesday if we'll have a t-shirt sponsor

- We will be doing volunteer training (how to coral speakers, etc) some time before the conference

- When the tutorial rooms aren't being used, we will call it "open space", Mike could bring an XBox
