Hi everyone,
    - We will be holding sprints!
    - They will be the Monday and Tuesday after the conference
    - The venue is TBD, but will almost certainly *not* be the conference hall
- Is LLC/HackerYou's new space the right size/location for sprints?

Also, I've set up a couple of talks by Fernando Perez on Friday (one at Sunnybrook, to medical scientists, the other at SciNet over lunch + pizza for other scientists); that means he'll be arriving Thursday, and I'll take care of shuttling him around on Friday.  Are there plans for an "if you're in town, come join us here" dinner on Friday evening for speakers or out-of-town attendees?
Thanks,
- Greg

David is going to ask them. We're not sure if they already have an
event planned for those days. PyCon Canada sponsored their new space
($500); we're looking forward to seeing it! Are you coming to the
Ladies Learning Code, new office party on Sept. 19th?

PyCon Canada is having a party Friday night starting at 6pm at the
conference venue. Upverter, a small Toronto start-up, has kindly
offered to sponsor the party and will be providing drink tickets and
appetizers.

Fernando has a busy week -- well done!

Cheers!
