Hi all,
I would like to change the speaker form to add a field for permission
to record and release the video to the public. Would it be okay to add
that feature? it makes things much much smoother to have that be a
part of the talk submission process. I forked the website so that I
could see about adding it, please let me know if this is a feature you
are willing to accept.
Another thing I would consider adding is an option to select a license
for the recording of the talk. I don't know if that is something you
want to leave up to the presenter, or if you want to declare one for
the entire event.

Great idea on both counts, thanks!
I'll bring up the license question at our meeting on Tuesday. I'd
prefer to declare one for the entire event, and then deviate on a per
speaker basis, if need be.
