PyMSNt connection problems 5/7/2008

Hi, I'm in the midwest and had been running a pymsnt transport on my
own jabberd server for many, months. It had been running on version
0.11.2-dev for quite some time without problems. However, my
electricity blinked and killed the server on May 7th. When I got the
server back up Jabberd and the yahoo and aim transports came back up
fine, and pymsnt was running, but connecting a client rendered an
error saying that the client was not registered.

I took the opportunity to upgrade to the latest version (0.11.3). I
started fresh with no spool directory. I browsed to the transport and
registered my account fine. However, when I attempt to connect now I
recieve "Failed to connect to MSN servers: [Failure instance:
Traceback (failure with no frames): exceptions.Exception: Timeout]"

My google searches indicate that some users have seen this before when
MSN had server outages. I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this
now?
