using 6,4,3,1 produce 24.
conditions:
1)use all the digits(6,4,3,1)only once.
2)use only +,-,/,* without repetition(may not use all).
3)you cannot combine digits( e.g. 6 & 4 don't make 64).

Eventually, I'd like for this to be a really good mailing
list for puzzles.

So far, this has mostly attracted spam postings, which I
have removed, and postings of classic puzzles from the
rec.puzzles FAQ

http://rec-puzzles.org/

On Orkut, I moderate the Puzzles group there.  It has over
twelve thousand members, but 95% of the puzzles come directly
from http://rec-puzzles.org/ .  We've seen the 12 balls
problem, the burning strings problem, the lightswitch puzzle
and others many, many, many times.

http://www.orkut.com/Community.aspx?cmm=645

For new puzzles, you can go to my site, where I post all the
new material I see each week.

http://www.mathpuzzle.com/

You can also visit http://www.mathworld.com/ to see analyses
of various famous problems.

Evenutaully, this list might be the official list for the
recmath.org puzzle organization I'm setting up.
