Possession letter issued for Meadows

Hello All,

I received a letter of possession asking for development charges of 1.5 Lakhs based on @300 per sq yard. Has anyone else received similar letter and what is the current state of the project? Is it ready for possession? Currently I am out of India so I am not in a position to go and check.

What is this development charge and do we have pay it despite such a delay in possession and are we not entitled for a delay penalty?

Any response will be much appreciated
