ANN: Pure 0.51

Looks like I always manage to botch something. :) Pure 0.51 is out
already, fixing some bugs in macro substitution (fallout from the 0.50
release) and the Faust bitcode loader.

pure-stldict 0.3 (fix compilation probs on some systems)

pure-faust 0.7)
