Pure 0.40 implements proper multi-argument lambdas (\x y->x*y now gives
nargs = 2) and non-linear rules (stuff like a*b+a*c = a*(b+c) now works
as expected), as discussed here previously.

I also fixed some minor bugs and added a few more examples. (Special
thanks to Peter Bernschneider for his Sudoku solver example.)
