We are moving out before our lease ends and are looking for someone to
take over the lease for June and July 2011. Great 1BR apartment at
Peppermill Apts. http://www.peppermillapts.com/ for $500 / month +
utilities.
Good location with a bus connection to Campus. Near the main
supermarkets.
The complex has gym and outdoor pool to use for free!
There might be a possibility to continue the lease for additional year
from August 2011 by talking to the
housing manager.
