Hi, Everyone.
This is just a reminder about the Howl-o-ween planning meeting to be held on Wednedsay, September 3 at 7 pm at the Margate Park Fieldhouse.
For solicitation of raffle and silent auction prizes, I am happy to forward you a list of potential vendors to review in advance of the meeting. If you'd like to suggest a vendor, or would like to volunteer to solicit one in particular, please let me know. In addition to pet products, we will need restaurants and other types of businesses as well. I will provide a sample solicitation letter and a donation form as well.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 3rd.
