RCs get cut next Wednesday (11/21)

RCs of Facter 1.6.x, Hiera 1.1.x, and Puppet Dashboard 1.2.x will be cut
next Wednesday (11/21).
If you have work targeted at these releases please get your pull
requests in and merged before then.

Since we are also putting together a Facter 1.7.0 release, this will probably be the last big release of Facter 1.6, after that Facter 1.7 will be the place for most bug fixes and the Facter master branch will be the place for forward looking development.

Also, Puppet 3.0.2 should be ready for rc next week as well.

3.0.2 being ready for release this week is looking a little less likely. We've been having problems with our testing infrastructure, which is being worked on, but we probably won't have it resolved in time to get a 3.0.2 RC ready.
