[Punjabi-users] Fwd: [Wikimediaindia-l] please check this: improved version of Punjabi transliteration

Hello,

We just enabled a new beta version of the Punjabi Gurnukhi
transliteration keyboard layout in translatewiki.net:
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/User:Amire80/narayam-pa

What's new?
* Full documentation! So you won't have to wonder how to type every letter.
* Some bugs were fixed, thanks to reports from testers.
* All Unicode Gurnukhi characters are supposed to be supported.

Please, if you know Punjabi, go to
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/User:Amire80/narayam-pa and test whether
you can type comfortably.

If you know Punjabi, but you find that the keyboard is not convenient,
that some letters are missing or that the documentation is incomplete,
unclear or wrong, please let me know.

We want to enable this keyboard on the Punjabi Wikipedia as soon as
possible, because we believe that it is much better than the keyboard
that is currently enabled there.
