Is there any other reliable alternative to Alexa to track the traffic in
India?
We went live with "private beta" on 5th Dec. 2009.
We also have google analytics in place. We set-up on 27 Dec. 2009.
Last 10.5 day's results as below!

I believe that vizisense.com is pretty immature.
It is not even displaying properly for me on my Ubuntu + Firefox combination
and we don't use Windows!
Most of the Pune sites that I can see using Alexa is not visible there on
Vizisense.
They don't have either right technology or right data to do the job!

Actually since most Pune startup sites / websites / blogs tend to be small,
there is no site/service really that does a good job of giving
rankings/traffic details of any of them. I only brought up Alexa since the
original poster mentioned the high alexa ranking.

Which ranking application you are using to check ranks? See Vizisense.com,
it gives good ranking of Indian websites. The most important factor which
determines the search engine traffic to your site (and hence the ranking)

I would actually beg to differ at least in principle. The international
norms are that 5% unlimited customers consume 50% of the bandwidth. So
Basically other 95% end up paying much much more because of them.
Even from a contractual perspective so long as the terms are clearly
stated eg. Airtel clearly states that they will halve the bandwidth
