Rhishi,
You can go for beagleboard, but that would cost you (along with accessories)
around 10000 - 11000. Its worth as it can be helpful in many other stuff.
If you can tell me more details I can help you out, we are working on these
hardware platforms.

Android OS?
I intend to develop a very small application on an embedded hardware on an
experimental basis which supports Android OS.

Sometimes the chance is worth taking and sometimes it isn't.

for concurrency based on events, maybe you can make the stats service
independent on tornado ( I have atleast seen this done with
pagalguy.comwhere in there activity stream is a tornado app with
