Job profile(Sales Executives) :

1. Market the company’s product - WiC.co.in to different categories of
sellers in city markets
a. Explain the innovativeness and benefits of WiC to various
retailers.
b. Give presentation and Videos related to WiC(provided by the
company)
c. Convert the willing retailers into affiliate sellers
d. Take the photos/ videos of the store
e. Get the price catalogues from affiliate sellers at regular
intervals.
f. Upload price lists on WiC portal
g. Establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the Sellers
2. Explain the pricing mode to the sellers
3. Realize payments from affiliate sellers.
4. Grow the number of affiliate sellers in selected cities.
interesting products/ prices/stores data for the web portal.

Prerequisites :
1. Should have passed class XII from a good school
2. Must be fluent in Hindi/ Marathi / English
3. Should possess a valid driving license
4. Should be comfortable working with Social media ( Facebook/
Twitter/ Linked in ).

Skills required :
Good communications skills and ability to effectively communicate with
retailers. Good relationship management skills.
Educational Qualifications :
XII + , General Graduates( Engineers and MBAs are advised not to
apply)

Sales Executive

Salary ( Cost to Company) :
7 to 9 thousand during two-three months probation . Scalable to 10 to
15K after confirmation (per month)
