*Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
*2+ years working on commercial web applications (customer facing)
*Strong front end web development skills such as jQuery, Prototype,
Dojo, YUI, expert-level skills at Ajax implementation and DHTML,
JavaScript, JSON, CSS
*Desire to create clean structured code and style sheets, with a
passion for the latest and greatest techniques in web standards, best
UI/UX practices, and cross-browser techniques
*Strong ASP.Net , C#, SQL
*Great sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
*Demonstrated ability to deliver quality software on a tight schedule
*High aptitude and excellent fundamentals on software development,
excellent problem solving skills

Additional success factors:
*Familiarity with Photoshop or similar tools, Flash/Silverlight and an
ability to design a great web interface from the scratch is a plus.
*Exposure with rich web 2.0 style applications, widgets, mobile
applications.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the rapidly changing technology
landscape.

We are also looking for iPhone developers with 1+year experience. At
least 2 projects executed along with at least one application
published on App store.
