Looking for a Flash Designer cum programmer for a project

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a Flash Designer cum programmer for a project at our
end. The work will be project based. It will require advanced level
scripting knowledge, creating vectors, embedding or linking short flv
clips.

We have already started the project and need this resource at the
earliest.

Does anyone know a good flash resource who is willing to work as a
freelance or project based?
