Hello All,

MobiMedia is looking for free lance Technical Writer with the following skills and experience.

Tech Writer

Documenting the products and services for ecommerce software platforms.
Exhibit an uncanny sense for creating elegant developer-centric designs, demonstrated ability to balance high-level, holistic overviews (with conceptual illustrations) with detail-oriented examples, and facility documenting service APIs.

Role Responsibilities:
Create world-class, developer-centric technical documentation through consideration of skill level, common use-cases, design patterns, best practices, customer feedback, and usability study findings
Illustrate sample business requirements as use cases and worked examples (commented, sample code)
Design the overall documentation architecture, organization, and cross-reference flow of existing and newly written technical documentation assets
Develop conceptual diagrams, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, and demonstration prototypes
Develop and maintain detailed application programming interface documentation specifications
Present design work to the developer experience team, product team, and software developers for review and feedback
UI Content moderation
Produce technical system requirements from business requirements.
Prepare release notes.

Requirements:
Technical Writer - 2+ years
E-Commerce/ Consumer Websites--6+ months
A bachelor’s degree
Proven track record of providing technical documents for the e-Commerce services field
Ability to read & understand XSDs and SQL concepts
Sound understanding of relational databases, and familiarity with SOA concepts
Understanding principles associated with alerting and monitors in a web based e-Commerse environment
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
