Clogeny is hiring for very interesting opportunities in storage and filesystems space. You will get to implement exciting features and product development on leading storage stacks like Lustre, ZFS & ext4 filesystems. This role will involve architecture, design and development in the areas of storage, systems, Linux kernel development and storage drivers.

Job Title: Filesystem Engineers

Professional Experience: 

• 2 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
  

Job Description:

• Development activities include: research, architecture, design, development, testing of new features; and maintenance of existing product features.
  
• Development and maintenance of various components of the storage appliance including filesystem, networking, virtualization, RAID and High Availability.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with systems programming and Linux internals.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with C, C++ in systems environments.
  
• Understanding of RAID, cluster filesystems and cluster management will be a big plus.
  
• Parallel file systems experience such as Lustre, pNFS, GPFS, Panasas will be a huge plus.
  
• High Availability tools like Heartbeat, Corosync and Pacemaker.
  
• Storage Backup, HSM and Recovery experience.
  
• Experience developing and debugging kernel code.
  
• Shell & Python programming.
  
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
  
• Open source contributions in storage/systems domain will be a huge plus.
