Hello world tutorial with Eclipse IDE

Hi,

I wrote up a quick Hello world tutorial for Pulpcore using the Eclispe
IDE.
It goes step by step and has screen shots of most actions taken.

I hope it will help people like me who are new to Java, Eclipse and
Pulpcore to get started.
If any parts of it can be improved give me a yell and I will fix it
up.
