Wordpress RSS and PuSHPress problem

I use dlvr.it to auto-post my new articles to Facebook and Twitter but
I'm noticing a real long delay between the time new posts go out and
the time they appear on Facebook and Twitter.

I have dlvr.it configured to pull for new updates every 15 minutes and
most of the time it seems to be pulling them, rather than having them
pushed via PuSHPress/PubSubHubbub.

I expected PSHB to give me content delivery within an absolute maximum
of five minutes. Can anyone help?

I am using Pushpress Version 0.1.7.1 with Wordpress version 3.2.1.

Indeed, that should be immediate (less than 5 seconds).
We do not see any significant issue with the WP feeds on our end, but
I guess the folks at dlvr.it would
be able to help you best as they're the ones who are supposed to get
the updates from WP.

You should probably ask them (I know a few of them sometime hang out
here though...).
