Even though there are millions types of hobbies that people love to do, especially for the one who loves to stay and enjoying with their pets. Having aquarium is one of the obvious popular hobbies and this may be because the huge benefit of having fish tank is that you will have one more beautiful house decorative item to make pleasant environment for you family member and also your visitor.

However, having fish take as a hobby may not by as easy as many people thought. This is because there are some important requirement about how to keep you fish tank clean and fresh always. Apart from that, the most important thing is about to take care of those fish in the tank and keep them always healthy.

Most of the time, we prefer to have tropical fish for the aquarium fish tank. Particularly for the fish that are from the ocean from tropical region. The reason why we prefer tropical ocean fish is because they have very appeal shape and color. According to the fact that the sea located in tropical zone will usually have the sunlight reach through down below under the water, then when these fish and sea creatures has proper sunlight effect to their skin, they will developed very attractive and colorful. Just unlike the fish from the frozen sea which usually do not have as many colors as tropical fish.

However, even though there are so many advantages of feeding tropical fish or arrange your fish tank in tropical style, but you have to aware that you have to know all condition and how to maintain the creatures in the aquarium properly. This is, in fact, no really easy for the one who want to have tropical fish tank but do not have some knowledge and experience.

Apart from that, this type of tropical fish and plants will be very expensive, especially if you live in the country where these type of fish are rare, so they may not suitable for you if you have very little money to have one. Or if you are able to afford one, I bet that the cost of maintenance will be very high so you may have to have well budget planning, not just have money to get it, otherwise, you will waste a lot of money in very short time.

Moreover, you may have to educate yourself on how to maintenance the tank by yourself. You have to know which type of tropical fish that suitable for aquarium. You just can not have them all just because they are beautiful. Some type of fish can not be in the aquarium tank because they will die in a very short time due to lack of oxygen and proper water circulation. You also have to learn about how to take care of the plants that you have in the tank too.

As you can see that having tropical fish tank have both advantages and disadvantages, so you should be aware of this now before you spend large about of money on it.
