People taking the West Rim trip would first have to board a helicopter that lands to the base of the West Rim. After a quick survey of the base you can get a chopper that would hand you over to a bus that would take you to the Dam. You should take a raft from the black canyons in order to end your trip in the Arizona Willow beach. This trip is much faster as compared to South Trip so if you may opt for it when in a hurry.

For this trip you must be willing to spend so be prepared for everything. The trip comes with all the meals, the fee for parking, hotel pick up, the guide service and even fuel fee. Although the trip pays for all these, you should have to pay for the Air ticket. The climates at the canyon are also not very cheap to deal with. Ensure you have the correct clothing for the cold climates in winter and the hot climates in summer.

The trips usually begin in April but you must book your seat before this time. It is wise you do the booking two or more weeks before. If it is within 48 hours, you can be lucky to chat online. For people having less than this it will be hard to get a seat.
