It is true that the majority of people in affiliate marketing are not very successful. A large number of the affiliates change their field of affiliate marketing without earning even a single penny of commission. And if someone is lucky enough to earn some money, he cannot carry on affiliate marketing as his full time job because the amount of money he earns is so small that he cannot do it full time. Hence, the end result is the waste of time, money and energy.
Unfortunately, these scammers have made their way into the world of affiliate marketing as well. There are some excellent affiliate marketing programs to get involved with; the trick is how to spot the scammers.
IF you are just starting out, you may want to join and affiliate program that has been established. You won�t be competing with other internet giants and you�ll gain some necessary skills and experience. One well known affiliate partner ship is the one that exists between Bizrate and shopzilla.
If you are an affiliate and have a website where you are promoting various affiliate products, you need to know that you should never promote all of the products on a single page or on every page of your website. If you are promoting three products, then create three different pages. Each page should be used to promote a single product.

You can also get performance statistics on them as well. You will be able to track how much you will earn and how you will be paid.
