Black and white photography is such a cool way to transform and show of your photos. Ofcourse we can all show off or display our photos in colour and that does look great but sometimes it’s nice to take a modern day photo and turn them into an olden day looking black and white photography photograph.

An amazing looking canvas print really does the job and looks great as a black and white canvas photo print. You can even choose to have your photo print made into a sepia effect before having it transformed into a work of art to.

All photography was all made in a monochrome effect, or basically it was black and white. The really great thing about a black and white photo is that it gives your photograph a close type of look and even after colour photos became available black and white photos were still a big hit due to how great it looks.

Now that we have the software available on our computers, usually its Photoshop elements that is standard software that you will get for free when you purchase a modern day computer from any shop. You can use Photoshop to very easily change your colour photo into black and white or monochrome which is the proper saying for it. If you don’t have photoshop on your computer and you have excess to the internet then you could go online and look at the many website that offer you to be able to edit your photo to black and white or you can choose some of the other effects that are available to. Whichever design or effect you choose, making canvas prints from your black and white photos will look really great. You can play around this shadows on your image before its printed to canvas to. Sometimes if you have a colourful image that has a lot of dark areas and then when turned to black and white it might make your photo look to dark, So the key to that is by using the shadows tool on your photoshop elements to make the photo brighter and then that will take away the dark areas so you can see the whole photo. That’s a great tool to use for any sort of image when printing to canvas.

Knowing how to change your photos in to a black and white classic effect for canvas printing is such great fun and requires not much skill at all. If you are unsure on how to change your images to how you want them for the purpose of canvas photo printing then you could ask the canvas printing companies if they can help you achieve the look you’re trying to capture as they can be very helpful and to them it’s a walk in the park. Firstly all you have to do is email them the photo and they can change the image to the colour you want and then they would email you back a proof of that photo for you to check over to see if you like the finished effect. The once your happy your simply give them the go ahead to print your photo proof on to canvas and there you have it.

One thing to remember about canvas prints and all types of canvas printing methods is that they all look great and especially once they are placed on your walls, but most of all it’s a lot of fun to so you can get what you want as a canvas print, have your walls looking great and having lots of fun in the process.
