�Fish is a very important part of staying healthy. Fresh fish is expensive. If you purchase canned salmon or smoked mackerel you will find the same proteins, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids in canned versus fresh. The tradeoff is cost.
Visit your local grocery store and find awesome fruits and vegetable,those are cost effective and nutritious. When you eat cheap, greasy foods you are starving your cells, contribution to health problems, and spending more money than you should. When you eat fruits and vegetables you are promoting a healthy lifestyle.
