Another factor involved in looking for the appropriate size is how big the drawers are. Some dressers have very small drawers, while others have large drawers. Thinking about what you intend to store inside of the dresser can help a lot. Having a mirror attached to a dresser is a great way to save by not purchasing a separate mirror, but it may not always be a good option. In some cases, you may even purchase a dresser that comes with a mirror but choose not to attach the mirror to the dresser.
