If you have always taken care of your home yourself, that is great, but it also means that you are spending over 10 hours a month in cleaning. And you may not be cleaning all that expertly.
If there are two people working outside the home that makes it doubly hard to keep your home clean. Working harder might be an answer to keeping your house in good condition, but you then lose time, energy and the ability to be with your family. You need to call maid services for a quote, interview, and assurance that there is more to living than using your spare time cleaning.
Advantages of a Cleaning Service
Two people working full time outside the home are lacking in two very valuable commodities. One is time and the other is energy. If you have children in the home you are even more impacted by lack of time and energy. After coming home from work you may find it almost impossible to jump in and start vacuuming, scrubbing bathrooms and dusting. There is always the weekend, but days off are for more than cleaning.

Depending on your situation, if you have time to take care of the everyday cleaning chores, that is awesome. But if you need someone to come in and help with the deep cleaning before events or just to get cleaning organized, hire a cleaning service. Do consider the size of your home. If you have a typical four-bedroom, three bath home it will take you almost four hours on a weekend to scour and scrub everything. This takes up most of the weekend. Hire a maid service.
