If you have always taken care of your home yourself, that is great, but it also means that you are spending over 10 hours a month in cleaning. And you may not be cleaning all that expertly.
If there are two people working outside the home that makes it doubly hard to keep your home clean. Working harder might be an answer to keeping your house in good condition, but you then lose time, energy and the ability to be with your family. You need to call maid services for a quote, interview, and assurance that there is more to living than using your spare time cleaning.
Advantages of a Cleaning Service
Two people working full time outside the home are lacking in two very valuable commodities. One is time and the other is energy. If you have children in the home you are even more impacted by lack of time and energy. After coming home from work you may find it almost impossible to jump in and start vacuuming, scrubbing bathrooms and dusting. There is always the weekend, but days off are for more than cleaning.
Hire a cleaning service. Schedule weekly or bi-weekly cleaning sessions and you will find that your maid service will deep clean, pick up, touch up and keep up with the chores that go undone when you have no time or energy. Local maid services will clean under your bed, dust the books on the shelf and clean and disinfect your bathroom. Your fixtures will shine and you can relax. There is no better feeling when coming home after work to an awesome clean home. Kick off your shoes and just smile.
Stress is relieved, a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, and your home is cleaned from top to bottom. You now have one less thing to worry about. Try a cleaning service for your peace of mind.
Depending on your situation, if you have time to take care of the everyday cleaning chores, that is awesome. But if you need someone to come in and help with the deep cleaning before events or just to get cleaning organized, hire a cleaning service. Do consider the size of your home. If you have a typical four-bedroom, three bath home it will take you almost four hours on a weekend to scour and scrub everything. This takes up most of the weekend. Hire a maid service. They will keep up on cleaning and you will not have to worry about it on the weekend.
Costs and Time
Do weigh the cost of cleaning services against the time you spend cleaning. It does cost about $75.00 biweekly to have a good cleaning service. However, if you set aside the funds, you will be able to get other chores and assignments that are more profitable. The money you spend on a cleaning service will be well worth it, and the time you save might help you work on building your career. Time you spend cleaning is time you will never get back.
