You can start by selling your unwanted items like old computers, television set, clothes you no longer use, etc. When you get comfortable with the way eBay works then you can start buying stuff to sell for profit or you can help other people e.g. retailers sell their product on eBay for a commission.You could also open your on virtual store on ebay and have dropshippers ship product to your customers when they make purchase.This way you do not have to deal with inventory and shipping.All you need is a website with pictures of the product you sell and when customers visit your store on eBay and purchase products the dropshipping company ships the product to the customer and you keep the difference between the wholesale and retail price.
2. Affiliate marketing- The concept of affiliate marketing is very simple. It involves promoting other peoples product and getting paid a commission when people purchase that product based on your recommendation. The affiliate marketing industry is one of the biggest on the internet and there is a wide spectrum of niches and fields you can choose from.
3. Blogging- If writing interests you and you like sharing you passions and interest with people, you could generate income by setting up a Blog or website and earn revenue from advertisement placed on your Blog . You could also sell product and services on you Blog or website which are related to your interest.
4. Become a freelance writer - You can make money on the internet by writing articles for Ezines and web contents for websites. You do not need a degree in English to do this.
