Alkaline Diet - Best Fit for Human Body Design

The human body is a bit alkaline by design. For it to run efficiently, we must guarantee that it stays alkaline. Unfortunately, many of the millions of the normal reactions of our metabolism generate acidic wastes. This outcome intensifies particularly when we consume an excessive amount of acidifying foods, and not enough alkaline-forming foods.

If over time these acidic wastes build up through the body, a condition referred to as acidosis develops. Then, if we take no corrective health measure, acidosis will gradually debilitate the essential functions of our body. It will accelerate our body aging process.

In conclusion, acidosis makes our body highly vulnerable to the many life threatening chronic diseases, among which diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis, obesity, cancer, arthritis, and Candida infection.

Therefore, for us humans the number one task in protecting our lives may be to find how to diminish the production and to increase the elimination of the body acid-wastes. It is actually at this point that we need a healthy lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle should include a balanced nutrition, regular physical activities, a way of living that avoids too much stress, and a clean physical environment.

The pH miracle diet, also known as alkaline diet, is actually the dietary regimen that works the best with the design of our body. It helps neutralize the acid-wastes and allows their elimination from the body.

For that reason, humans should consider alkaline diet as general dietary boundaries for all to stick to. Should you have a particular nutrition diet prescribed by your health care provider, you should adjust it to the alkaline diet general boundaries.

What Benefits Does Alkaline Diet Bring to Diabetics

The miracle alkaline diet supports diabetics overall health through a variety of benefits. It allows optimal physiology and metabolism, and a strong immune system as well. It helps them not only in keeping a better control on their blood sugar, but also in preventing the usual weight gain, and in maintaining a healthier heart function.

Alkaline diet supports a low cholesterol number. It also help diabetics to decrease the risks of contracting the other many chronic diseases linked to diabetes.

Therefore, through the alkaline diet, despite their condition, diabetics might live much healthier and improve very noticeably their life expectancy.

In general, people who follow an alkaline diet have to choose their daily food items from an 'Acid-Alkaline Foods Chart'. To use this chart diabetics should follow both the alkaline diet rule and the glycemic index rule.

For this purpose, we recently published a 'Diabetics Acid-Alkaline Food Chart', for people suffering from diabetes who are willing to follow an alkaline diet. On this particular chart, diabetics can clearly identify the best foods to eat. They will discover also an extensive list of the food products that they have to avoid absolutely.

The details on the alkaline diet rule, on the glycemic index rule, as well as on the 'Diabetics Acid-Alkaline Food Chart' will be the content of the next article.
