The joint ache is what I woke up to each morning. The pain in my hand was there constantly; it only varied in degrees of pain throughout the day. Do you realize how much you use your hands and just how many actions you need to be able to use your hands for even few minutes? Think of how many times you bend your fingers in a single day. When the pain in your hand is continuous and there is always joint ache, your life is hell.

I had to get rid of the joint pain in my fingers and my hand. I needed to find the cause; otherwise I just had to take drugs to cover up the pain. And trying to hide that joint pain burning in my hands and fingers with drugs didnt seem like a real solution to me. Also there were the side effects of those drugs to consider, especially over a long period of time. I had to decide - was I going to handle the joint pain burning in my fingers and regain the flexibility of my hand or was I just going to help the drug companies make a little more profit each day?

There was the joint ache in my thumb to consider, and did it have the same cause as the pain in my hand? Did my thumb joint have a bone spur and was I going to develop one of those Heberdens nodes? Ive read that is where the cartilage deteriorates and the bone next to it becomes inflamed which can produce new bone in the form of a bony protrusion, called a spur. There was a good chance that the degeneration of the cartilage was causing the joint pain in my thumb; I bend that thumb joint a hundred times a day.

Was this pain in finger joints, hand arthritis or some other joint problem? But more importantly, were there any herbal remedies for arthritis or just drugs for the pain? I have heard that for joint pain glucosamine has been effective and it could be used for hand arthritis. Research shows that glucosamine is actually a component of cartilage and the body uses it to repair and rebuild the cartilage. Another commonly used dietary supplement is Glucosamine Chondroitin for arthritis symptoms and other similar joint problems. It took a bit of time and research to figure out exactly what I needed to do to resolve my joint pain. But to me it was well worth the time and effort that I spent.

No one should have to endure joint ache. There are solutions that dont require drugs. There are exercises, all natural pain relievers, glucosamine chondroitin, arthritis creams and other herbal remedies. Many of the current books on joint problems cite the latest research in causes of joint pain and the wide array of medical and alternative medicine options available to you in the treatment of joint problems. You may need to narrow down the cause of your joint ache or pains because there are over 300 different kinds of problems one can have with joints. Your best solutions for those life interrupting joint problems is not going to be drugs, always start with the natural supplements and herbal remedies.
