Las Vegas, the largest city in the state of Nevada in the United States prides itself as number one destination for entertainment of tourists across the world. The city is known for having mega hotels, casino complexes and Las Vegas Helicopters that create an ideal environment for fantasy and excitement. These hotels are many and offer comfort to visitors who visit the city around the year.
The city has arid and hot summers but with low humidly that makes people not feel the heat so much. The winter is cool and rarely has snowfalls and activities like skiing and sledding are always available during these times.
The city is known as a gambling hotspot and has a very colorful nightlife. When you are in Las Vegas the Grand Canyon, which is one of the exciting features on a Las Vegas tour, keeps drawing you. The Canyon is a world heritage site and one of the greatest tourist attraction sites in the United States.
At night when you are in a helicopter, Las Vegas looks like patches of diamond in a desert. There are also sites like the Mirage Volcano, the Eiffel Tower at Paris, the Bellagio fountains, and the Statue of Liberty at the New-New York, Hiller Roller, and the iconic stratosphere. These are some highlights of The Strip.
The Grand Canyon National Park is in two sections. The North Rim and the South Rim sections in the national park, offer different exciting features like the Havasupai Indian Reservation for tourists. The South Rim is always the most popular with visitors, but there is also the Grand Canyon West that also handles many visitors every year.
There are different means of transport that you can use to visit these sites. There are helicopter tours at the Canyon that will allow you to have the best aerial view of rock formation. At the Grand Canyon, which is one of the seven natural wonders in the World you fly over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam. For those who love to have hiking experience, the landscape offers an overwhelming experience for those who visit the Grand Canyon.
