Repairing a kite's stick

Hi everyone,

One of the sticks of the kite was broken and we substituted it with a fiber glass Marker Safety 72" 

http://www.sears.com/hy-ko-prod-6'-orange-safety-marker-by/p-SPM6451897907P that Jeff Warren gave me.

It was easy to cut and make it fit in the kite.

I left my first note in the publiclab site!

Let's see how it flies!

Thanks for sharing Pablo! Reminds that I have a kite repair question as well. I crashed a Delta pretty good and it ripped the stick holder off the kite. Any recommendations for best kite repair materials? Just duct tape or glue?
