Mapping Moscow traffic count data/bike infrastructure - need your help

Hi Public Lab, 

I have a burning question for you all. We've knitted a map and embedded it here:http://changeadministration.org/mapping-diy-traffic-counts-in-moscow/.

I would like to add this KML overlay: http://changeadministration.org/ChangeAdmin/STRELKAWorkshop.kml.

We are doing a workshop in Moscow right now promoting bicycling infrastructure by using an open-source traffic counter and grassroots mapping. We are working on a tight deadline so hearing back from you soon would be greatly appreciated. 

Please let me know if you have created custom point overlays for  your imagery before.
