Yesterday I went and changed a couple recent postings on my blog to
draft and changed the pub date on another posting. For some reason
last night, an email was sent to my subscribers with two posts from
2007 that I have not touched. I'm assuming that this is related to
the changes that I made yesterday, but it is clearly an error.

Here is my feed:

Please let me know how I can prevent this from happening again.

In Feedburner, if you go to "Edit Feed Details" for that feed, under
Original Feed have you entered http://glencoepubliclibrary.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
too? Doing that should help ensure your Feedburner feed isn't stale.

Also, it's a good idea if you haven't done it already to go in your
Blogger dashboard to Settings, Site Feed and enter the URL of your
Feedburner feed in the Post Feed Redirect URL and then Save Settings.

Both of these were already set up properly when this happened. For
the time being I am trying to simply not change anything to draft or
change the pub dates of items that have already been published.
Thanks for the suggestions and please let me know if you have any
other ideas.
